Opportunity to own one of these stunning watercolour paintings and help DCCF

The opportunity has arisen to own a stunning watercolour study by the late artist Alan White – and in doing so help DCCF support local cancer patients.

Alan White (1935-2021) was a respected watercolour and pastel artist, drawing from life with a subtle and expressive palette.  He exhibited in many UK cities, in the Royal Academy, Chelsea Art Fair, Olympia Fine Arts and Antiques and in major London galleries.  His work is also included in private collections across Europe and the USA.

Alan was principally known for his beautiful female life studies and has also produced works featuring the Bolshoi Ballet on stage during its last British tour.

Alan’s widow Judy – a fervent supporter of DCCF – is accepting bids on five, individual, unframed original watercolour nude studies (shown here). A £200 starting bid is asked for each and all proceeds will go to DCCF.

Bids should be emailed to Judy before the end of April 2022 at: whitecrow@blueyonder.co.uk

The prints will also be on show at the DCCF Black Tie Ball on April 23, where bids will also be accepted.

Thank you.
